Dr Tina Janamian聽was appointed in 2023 to lead the AGPAL Group of companies.聽Dr Janamian is also an adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Queensland.
Dr Janamian has聽over 15 years senior leadership experience and a diverse background across academia, health care transformation, workforce development and health services research. Dr Janamian is a member on the ISQua Accreditation Council, a Director on several not-for-profit Boards, a member of two International Editorial Boards, and a reviewer for numerous reputable medical journals. She also chairs a range of sub-committees as a non-executive director.
Dr Janamian is聽a passionate leader driven to support Australia鈥檚 primary health care reform. She is committed to improving integrated health care service delivery through patient and care provider feedback, continuous quality improvement, systems redesign and innovative models of person-centred care to achieve the Quadruple Aim.
Complementing Dr Janamian鈥檚聽career achievements are her academic endeavours – she holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Public Health), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Graduate Diploma in Executive Leadership (GCELead), Master of Medical Science (MMedSc, Research Masters), Bachelor of Science, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
