Dr Tina Janamian was appointed in 2023 to lead the AGPAL Group of companies. Dr Janamian is also an adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Queensland.
Dr Janamian has over 15 years senior leadership experience and a diverse background across academia, health care transformation, workforce development and health services research. Dr Janamian is a member on the ISQua Accreditation Council, a Director on several not-for-profit Boards, a member of two International Editorial Boards, and a reviewer for numerous reputable medical journals. She also chairs a range of sub-committees as a non-executive director.
Dr Janamian is a passionate leader driven to support Australia’s primary health care reform. She is committed to improving integrated health care service delivery through patient and care provider feedback, continuous quality improvement, systems redesign and innovative models of person-centred care to achieve the Quadruple Aim.
Complementing Dr Janamian’s career achievements are her academic endeavours – she holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Public Health), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Graduate Diploma in Executive Leadership (GCELead), Master of Medical Science (MMedSc, Research Masters), Bachelor of Science, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
